Ordering & Paying Procedure
1. Our prices include shipment costs worldwide if your order is over $100 and includes light items like cars, bikes and accessories. If your order does not include heavy items like sets you can make your payment online immediately.
2. If your items are eligable for shipment costs one of our representatives contacts you and confirm your order by e-mail which includes information of shipment costs.
3. After receiving a confirmation from us including shipment costs you may send your payment. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and our Secure Credit Card Payment system. You may also send checks (US only) or wire to our US bank account with an additional cost of $5.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
